| Details: Job Responsibilities:All Source Intelligence Analyst shall actively pursue, analyze, and monitor a variety of relevant issues simultaneously, identify essential elements of information needed, exploit a variety of intelligence sources, submit collection requirements, and maintain and organize relevant information. Contractor personnel shall work collaboratively with other US government, intelligence community, and subject matter expert counterparts. Issues covered will focus on how environment/water/food security issues undermine or contribute the national security interests of the US as well as its allies and adversaries, how these issues may shape political behavior and interact with broader security concerns, foreign development and military activities.As fully embedded members, contract analysts shall analyze and produce finished all-source intelligence assessments on a broad range of substantive issues in all production formats. The multi-faceted challenges to a given country's stability - insurgencies, movements and active elements, and growing resource scarcities - are becoming significantly more serious. Contractor analysts shall focus on these issues and others as directed by their Government managers. Transportation/Logistics Analysis: Serve as a transportation/logistics analyst who shall be responsible for participation in collective estimative and interagency products and processes involving all-source analysis to include, but not limited to, road and rail infrastructure, ports, airfields and the impact of these on military operations as well as major arms smuggling routes and the impact of related topics in the focus country and the surrounding area. Contractor analysts shall also understand how this infrastructure could be used by the U.S. Government should the need arise. The transportation/logistics analyst must possess the skills and abilities to accurately assess the transportation infrastructure of their assigned target country and determine how U.S. Government personnel may be able to use that infrastructure should the need arise. Specific qualifications include an ability to perform imagery analysis of transportation and logistics features, understanding and experience with data bases to include Gemini/MIDB and ARCGis programs (FISHNet). Substantively, contractor needs to possess the capability to assess a country's trans-log structure in relation to military mission, force structure and concept of operations. Additionally, be able to assess strategic logistics capabilities for joint force operations in terms of sustainability (e.g., days of supply, consumption, MT per day forward as well as performing nodal analysis of a country's trans/log system for target selection purposes. Assess operational and strategic value and vulnerability of a logistics facility and determine the probable effect of its loss. Required Education:Bachelors Degree in a related discipline. Maintain communication with other Exel associates in similar roles at other operations, to share best practices and to identify common issues and opportunities. Local point of contact for customer personnel. Responsible for client and site KPI development and reporting including but not limited to weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Provide accurate and timely analysis of all required reports.
